Spun from the highlands of Peru, carried by someone who knew what softness meant. Now it waits for the next chapter.
Alpaca Arequipa sources directly from the Andean region of Arequipa, where alpaca fiber has been refined for centuries. This is not fast fashion's approximation of luxury — it is the real thing, made where the tradition lives.
100% alpaca, crafted in Peru. A generous ombre gradient moves from deep charcoal to soft cream, finished with natural fringe trim along the edges. The hand is exceptionally soft, with the slight texture that only genuine alpaca produces. Good used condition — the piece carries the gentle warmth of a garment that has been loved, with natural variation in the fiber that is characteristic of the material, not a flaw.
Choosing this preloved piece saved ~600 liters of water and avoided ~5 kg of CO₂.
Draped loosely over a dark overcoat for winter mornings. Wrapped twice over a cream knit for something quieter. Some things are purchased for their look. This one is kept for how it feels.
