SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer free shipping on every order to addresses within the United States. No minimums, no fine print.

All orders ship via USPS from our Texas warehouse.

DELIVERY TIME

Most US orders arrive within 4-7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service availability. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package on usps.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us at curuva@curuva.com with your order number. We'll investigate with USPS and either resend the order or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
