RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every piece you receive from Curuva. If you don't, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, with original tags attached (if applicable)
- In the same condition you received it
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at curuva@curuva.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Within the United States, a flat fee of $7 USD per return is deducted from your refund. Returns from Canada and Mexico are shipped at the buyer's cost using the carrier of your choice; original shipping charges, duties and import taxes are not refundable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
If you receive an item and doubt its authenticity, contact us within 30 days. We'll provide a 100% refund — including return shipping — once the item is returned to us. No questions asked.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll resolve it with a full refund or replacement, at our cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items returned without original tags (if they had tags at the time of purchase)
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
